How to Order & Stock availability

The below steps explain the purchase process and also stock availability with a backorder option:

Any questions - phone or email: Having an opportunity to ask questions relating to the product is an essential step in ensuring that you are buying something that will meet your specific requirements.

You can call Clint (owner) per the phone number (or email him) under the "Customer Service" drop-down tab, to ask any questions.

 

How to Order:

In Stock: To see stock availability, click on the "Shop" tab in the menu bar, then click on the respective speaker model. You will then see the available quantity for sale in blue text. If there is stock available, then click on "Buy Now" and this will guide you through the rest of the purchase process (input your contact details, address and make payment).

Out of Stock: If there are no speakers in stock per [click on the "Shop" tab in the menu bar, then click on the respective speaker model. You will then see the available quantity for sale in blue text], then please call Clint for availability dates. If we do not have any in stock, we will then request you to pay a $1.00 token deposit which will then place you into our queue and 'first come, first serve' will apply - no exceptions! You will be emailed an updated estimated delivery date each week and once your speakers are ready, we will then request you to make full payment. If you do not make full payment, we will then cancel your order, refund your $1.00 deposit and contact the next person in the queue.

We strive to always have a few pairs of each model in stock, although, as these are handmade by skilled persons and not mass produced, we can only make so many pairs of speakers per month. Sales may suddenly spike and this then makes it difficult to adjust manufacturing instantaneously in order to meet the increased demand. We also import components from seven different countries (manufacturers) and rely on their stock availability as well.
