Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This website, all content herein, and any commercial transactions or contracts resulting from the purchase of Angel Acoustics products—including but not limited to our Dark Abyss Energy Absorbers™ structural support product lines and our premium audio interconnect cable assemblies—are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia.
By using this website or purchasing our products, you irrevocably agree that any legal actions, claims, disputes, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with your use of this site, our content, or our physical products must be initiated and resolved exclusively within the courts of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
Product Applications, Load Boundaries, & Handling
Structural Support Systems (Footers): Our resonance absorbers are engineered to target structural energy boundaries based on precise maximum mass limitations per set of four (Small: 250kg, Medium: 290kg, Large: 320kg). It is your sole responsibility to verify that your loudspeaker enclosures or audio components match these operational weight ratings. Loudspeaker cabinets are inherently heavy; always use adequate physical assistance during installation. Never tilt or slide heavy audio equipment aggressively while resting on carpet spikes or floor plates, as extreme lateral forces can cause components to tip and/or, the spikes to bend.
Signal Transmission Components (Cables): Our premium interconnect cables are specialised audio components designed for specific signal path configurations. Cables must be handled carefully, avoiding extreme bending radii, twisting forces, or sharp tension at the connector joints during installation and cable routing. Never pull directly on the wire insulation sleeve or cable mesh jacket to disconnect a component; always grasp and pull directly from the solid machined metal connector housing shell.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and relevant international consumer protection statutes, Angel Acoustics shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages. Except where prohibited by non-excludable statutory law, this includes, but is not limited to:
Collateral property damage, structural flooring wear, tearing, indentation, or scratching.
Third-party audio equipment component damage, amplifier terminal wear, source component socket failures, or structural cabinet degradation.
Acoustic performance changes, subjective listening room variations, or signal transmission discrepancies.
Personal injury resulting from the installation, handling, positioning, misalignment, or systemic overloading of our structural support systems or signal cables, save for where such liability cannot be lawfully excluded under consumer protection laws.
Statutory Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any non-excludable statutory rights or consumer guarantees you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law or mandatory local consumer protection rules in your delivery jurisdiction. Where liability cannot be legally excluded but can be limited, our liability is strictly restricted to the replacement of the product, the supply of an equivalent product, or a full refund of the original product purchase price.
Intellectual Property & Prohibited Commercial Replication
All content, text, product matrices, graphic layouts, and original product designs—including the proprietary internal architectural structures, asymmetric multi-geometric pathways, and composite material layering of Angel Acoustics products—are protected by copyright and trademark protections owned exclusively by Angel Acoustics. You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, or reverse-engineering our physical products or their internal geometric configurations for commercial purposes, architectural duplication, or commercial replication.
Pricing, Typographical Errors, and Order Cancellation
While we strive to ensure absolute accuracy across our domain, Angel Acoustics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors, data entry discrepancies, or real-time currency conversion anomalies. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any global transaction or shipment at our sole discretion. If your payment gateway has already been charged for a purchase that we subsequently cancel, Angel Acoustics will immediately issue a credit or full refund to your original payment method for the exact amount of the transaction.
Third-Party Links and Embedded Content
Our website may feature links to external third-party platforms, embedded media, or payment processing environments (including but not limited to Stripe, PayPal, and external audio review forums). Angel Acoustics does not control, endorse, monitor, or accept operational legal liability for the content, privacy structures, transaction mechanics, or business practices of any third-party services. Any engagement or transactions conducted with third-party portals are executed entirely at your own financial and legal risk.
International Delivery, Customs, and Import Duties
For products shipped to destinations outside of Australia, you are legally considered the importer of record. You must comply with all local laws and regulations of your delivery jurisdiction. Angel Acoustics is not responsible for, nor does our pricing include, any local value-added taxes (VAT), General Sales Tax (GST), customs duties, brokerage clearances, or import tariffs levied by foreign authorities. All such additional charges must be borne entirely by you. If a shipment is rejected or abandoned at a foreign border due to a refusal to pay local import fees, any refund issued under our policies will be strictly reduced by the cost of return freight, international handling penalties, and original shipping fees.
Risk of Loss and Shipping
All physical products purchased from Angel Acoustics are shipped pursuant to a standard shipment contract. Except as required under non-excludable consumer guarantees, Angel Acoustics' responsibility for delivery ends upon safe delivery of the parcel by the carrier to the specified address or designated drop-off point. Angel Acoustics is not liable for package theft occurring post-delivery.
Severability & Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, alongside our specific Performance Disclaimer and 60-Day Satisfaction Policy, constitute the entire legal agreement between you and Angel Acoustics. If any single provision, sub-clause, or term within these documents is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that specific provision shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining clauses, legal protections, and liability limitations shall remain fully intact, enforceable, and in absolute effect.

Change of Mind Policy (Our 60-Day Guarantee)
If you are not satisfied with the performance of your purchase, you may return the items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, subject to the following conditions:
The products must be returned undamaged, unaltered, and in their original retail condition.
You must contact us before returning the items to receive return instructions.
Return shipping costs and transit insurance are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Australian Consumer Law Guarantees (Your Statutory Rights)
Our Change of Mind Policy operates in addition to, and does not replace or limit, your statutory rights under Australian law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
